Relationships

The traditional statement "the customer is always right," though we agree for the most part, is divisive and hardly defines us. It's true; Twigs offers cool products to you, but more importantly we see you as a friend enriched by the culture we live, things we do, and the styles we share. We just want the opportunity to prove our value to you.


Value (What's Real)

We recognize that the freedom to build a brand is a big part of what makes this country great. It's important that from the inside out people recognize that being selfless, honest, and bearing a banner of true integrity is ultimately important to us. We strive to always do the right thing so that we can earn your trust and a seat at the table of higher standards. 


Quality

Anyone can make a statement about their passion for quality. We live in a world of inevitable flaws and mistakes. At the end of the day what you'll remember about Twigs and the product we deliver to you, is that we treated you fairly and right. When two parties come together to make an agreement and when integrity prevails, an extraordinary business relationship has transpired. We know you'll love our brand, our product and our services, in fact we're complimented on that often.


Vision

Look, we can throw out a bunch of adjectives of things we believe the world should know about us, but I think it suffices to say that we would love to see the day when everyone is wearing Twigs accessories. We think everyone would be much happier that way and probably a lot more fashionable. 


Mission

Our mission, if we choose to accept it, and we do, is to build a brand where people are more aware of our brand culture and the value we bring to the world than the actual products we sell. We want to be recognized for helping to raise other brands in celebration of the free Enterprise of business and that sector of the population we serve. We want to make a difference in the world by helping those in need and building a reputation of trust, leadership, and philanthropy. 


Why?

Because we have a story to tell.
